Benjamin Franklin appears on the stamp in a “reframed” modern interpretation of an 1875 reproduction of an 1847 stamp, one of the first two official U.S. postage stamps. The panel is printed on sturdy card stock with two pages of this special 2025 prestige booklet, including 20 Benjamin Franklin stamps in a protective mount. The panel also features a seal printed in the intaglio style specially designed for the American Commemorative Panel® program.

All stamp and philatelic orders are charged a $2.00 handling fee on domestic orders up to $50.00, and $2.75 if the order is greater than $50.00. These fixed handling fees apply to only the portion of the order total that includes stamp and/or philatelic items.
