Honor the 39th President of the United States with the Jimmy Carter First Day Cover from the U.S. Postal Service. President Jimmy Carter (1924–2024) represented a new generation of progressive Southern politicians, and his presidency was marked with humility, reconciliation, and frugality.
The #6 ¾ envelope bears an affixed Jimmy Carter Forever® stamp canceled with an official First Day of Issue postmark.
The postmark features the name of the stamp issuance, with three stars on either side of the word “President”. Also included are the date and location of the stamp issuance.
